GREEK SALAD
Ingredients
1 large greenhouse sweet red bell pepper, medium diced
1/2 greenhouse long English Cucumber, medium diced
6 greenhouse Roma tomatoes medium diced
1/4 cup red onion, medium diced
1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese, medium diced
1 1/2 tsp fresh oregano, chopped
1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
Measure and line up all the ingredients. Select a large bowl and combine all the ingredients. Be careful with salt, the feta cheese is salty. Set aside for 15 minutes before service to allow the flavours to come out. Present on chilled plates as a side dish.
